Located in Anchorage, Alaska, Manorhouse condos is located less than 2 miles from several hospitals and university campuses and numerous bike trails. We have 168 units in seven, three-story buildings, with condominiums from 1 to 3 bedrooms, and up to two baths. All of the units have enclosed balconies or patios that offer additional living space.

Parking Passes

Call Manager if you need a parking pass.   Cars without current 2021 parking pass hanging in their vehicle are subject to be towed daily between 10:00 pm - 8:00 am.  
 
No parking pass is required for unit parking spaces.  Each owner is entitled to one free parking pass for the visitors parking area. If any additional passes are needed the fee is $75. This charge will be added to the owners COA account  

Annual Meeting Announcement May 6, 2021  6:00 pm

The annual meeting conducted online last February had a quorum, however the voting for board members did not have a quorum to satisfy the bylaw requirements. House Rules state that all owners are required to either attend or return a proxy for any properly noticed meeting. If an annual meeting cannot proceed for lack of a quorum, vital business cannot be accomplished and the association rules state it may levy a $50 fine against each owner who do not attend the annual meeting in person or by proxy.

On Thursday May 6, 2021 at 6:00 pm, we are having another Annual Meeting to be held on-line, and we need every owner’s support in order to conduct association business. A Proxy has been sent to all owners who have turned in current contact information.   For those who are unable to attend please fill this out and return today. The proposed 2021 Budget has been emailed as well as the House Rules that were voted on by the Board members last week.
